1. Log in (if you have booked before) using the link at the top right hand side of the form. This will ensure you are able to view and manage your bookings. If you haven’t booked before you will be given an option to create an account after booking a slot, this will allow you to reschedule your booking if you cannot attend, as we do not give refunds for cancellations. 

2. Choose which field you wish to book.

3. Select the number of dogs you will be bringing.

4. Choose the length of time you wish to book (30 or 60 mins).

You will be shown a list of available time slots. If no times are showing for a particular day it means the field is fully booked. You may book consecutive slots if you wish to book for longer than an hour.

    5.Complete your information. You will receive a confirmation email so it is important to fill these in correctly.  You will then receive a reminder email and text message 1 hr before your time slot with the padlock code. Gate codes are changed regularly. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email and also check that your payment has gone through. If you do not receive a confirmation email it could mean that your booking has not gone through. 

    6.Pay for your booking online follow the  Pay Now (Stripe) or Paypal link, you do not need a Paypal account. You will then receive an email confirmation.  Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.

    7. You may reschedule your booking up to 3 hrs before. As per our T's & C's we do NOT give refunds for cancellations. If you have any problems re bookings please email info@driffielddogfield.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

    8.  Bring your dog/s to the field and enjoy, Please remember to bring poo bags and to pick up after your dog/s to keep the 

         field/s a pleasant environment for all users. Thank you.
